My name is Sarahann Adams. I was born and raised in Texas and currently reside in Washington. I am a member of the Army Reserves and a military spouse. I have two lovable pups. I enjoy hiking, reading, and spending time with my family in my free time.

I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My approach is meeting the needs of my clients; everyone is unique, and their therapy should be catered to them. I utilize various modalities in therapy to empower clients in self-awareness and growth. I utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches, including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, narrative, EMDR, somatic, and more.

I am honored to walk with my clients in their healing journey. I provide therapy that offers support for resiliency, healing, addiction, and chronic mental health issues. I work with individuals (ages 16 and older).  I am currently providing hybrid services with remote and in-person availability.

I am a military spouse to a U.S. Army soldier (JBLM) and a mother of 2 loving boys & 2 female Frenchies. I was born in the Philippines, raised in Guam, and moved to Oahu, Hawaii where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been practicing in community mental health as a LMHCA in the State of Washington since 2018. Overall, I possess 8+ years of progressive experience within Developmental Disabilities, Mental Health, and Addictions field. I am a wholehearted person-centered psychotherapist. In my work and personal life, I am passionate about integrating the mind, body, and soul. I provide a non-judgmental space and unconditional positive regard incorporating research-based practices. While my treatment modalities align with Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy—I'm adept at tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each of my clients.  I work with adolescents (13+) and adults. I help with the process of healing depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Together, we can explore underlying inner childhood traumas, attachment/abandonment issues, and interpersonal conflict. Sometimes the source of the hurt is clearly known, other times it’s waiting to be discovered. My main purpose is to help others reach their potential in living a happy, healthy, and satisfying life.

My name is Chandra (She/Her) and I’m grateful to be here at the NW Therapy Group.  I’ve lived in the PNW since 1995. I am an alum of Evergreen and St.

Martin’s University. I have three amazing children - an adult, older teenager and teenager. They are my greatest gifts! My family, including my friends and community, are the soul of my life. I

am a lover of nature, especially the water, and hope to paddle board more. I am dedicated to my own self-care practice to support me in moving more fully into my own wholeness. I absolutely

love being a therapist and am truly passionate about deepening our presence and connection with

one another through the process of healing.

It is my greatest honor to be a witness to the unfolding and awakening that occurs in therapy, inviting us to a more integrated experience of ourselves and the world around us. In my work, I

seek to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thought and behavior

patterns through past and present experiences, while building on the skills you already have. I utilize tools that work best for the client and draw from approaches such as DBT, CBT,

Psychoeducation and Mindfulness, which includes exploration through visualization and art.

I have over 20 years of experience supporting people as they learn to navigate challenging life changes, growth in their relationships, new tools for anxiety and depression, and healing from

past trauma. I have a great passion for working with people living with chronic and complicated illness. I also provide therapy for loved ones caring for someone with chronic illness - with a

special place in my heart for those supporting their children. I love working with parents and caregivers from pregnancy and preparing to adopt, to birth and adoption, and the lifespan of the parenting experience!

I have worked with the LGBTQIA community for many years and have a great passion for supporting our youth as they discover and express who they are. I utilize a social justice lens to explore issues with-in a larger context.  I work with people ages 13 and older with a special focus on teens, young adults and elders.   My primary goal is for you to feel safe and empowered during our sessions, with you choosing what we work on and the pace that we go.
