I am a wife and mother of three children. My family is very active in sports and the performing arts. My husband and I play softball competitively, playing locally and traveling around the US to compete in various tournaments. I spend a lot of time along the soccer sidelines cheering my two younger kids on as well as in theaters and other venues cheering on my oldest daughter as she dances in competitions, local events, and recitals. You will also find me at band and choir concerts throughout the school year.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy. I tailor therapy to each individual, combining a variety of techniques and modalities to address each individual’s unique needs, experiences and goals.
If you would like to resolve or more effectively manage current or past difficulties and stressors, are going through life changes, noticing a decline in your emotional and mental well-being, or desire to improve your relationships (personal, family, social, or professional), I would love to work with you on your road to positive change and a happier, more fulfilling future.

Hello, I am Amy, and my focus is on working one-on-one with adults (25yo+). I work with: The queer community, transgender, and gender non-conforming individuals, as I feel that they are not only under served, but are often poorly served. The ethically non-monogamous and the kink community. Clients with substance use issues. Those struggling to manage mental illness such as depression or anxiety. People whose issues stem from PTSD, trauma, or grief. Giving witness and presence to pain helps facilitate a space in which people can heal. Experience has taught me that where you discover joy and passion, you also find a well to draw upon for wisdom. My focus is on calling forth your authentic self and bringing out the strengths you naturally possess. I bring an open mind to my sessions; I understand that my stories will never parallel those of every client. I have a wealth of life experience – enough to be confident that, working together, we can bring about profound personal growth. The goal is to see you not simply survive but thrive.

I was born and raised in the majestic state of Alaska. Exploring the peaks and valleys of the Chugach
Mountains symbolizes an upbringing that I remain extremely grateful for. Born to a Vietnam veteran
father who never spoke of his experiences, I found myself intrigued by the mystique of military service.
In hindsight, I may have chosen a different vehicle from which to launch my journey of exploration other
than a US Army scout platoon. However, the opportunities the Army provided to see the world have
permanently shaped my perspective and sparked my love of travel, culture, and human connection. The
obstacles I encountered throughout my experience I view as necessary to my development and essential
to my worldview. I have spent the last three years as an intern-associate therapist in Lewis County
working with children, adults, and veterans. I have also worked with both victims of sexual abuse as well
as offenders engaged in court-mandated treatment. I always maintain a state of deep listening,
patience, and facilitative collaboration. Whether it be trauma recovery, grief and loss, or the nerves
surrounding a new job, my guarantee to clients is that I will meet you where you are with no assumptions.

I am a military spouse to a Soldier in the Army (JBLM) and a mother of 2 loving boys & 2 female Frenchies. I was born in the Philippines, raised in Guam, and moved to Oahu, Hawaii where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. I have a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have been practicing in community mental health as a LMHCA in the State of Washington since 2018. Overall, I possess 8+ years of progressive experience within Developmental Disabilities, Mental Health, and Addictions field.
I am a wholehearted person-centered psychotherapist. In my work and personal life, I am passionate about integrating the mind, body, and soul. I provide a non-judgmental space and unconditional positive regard incorporating research-based practices. While my treatment modalities align with Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy—I'm adept at tailoring my approach to the unique needs of each of my clients.
I help with the process of healing depression, anxiety, and low self-esteem. Together, we can explore underlying inner childhood traumas, attachment/abandonment issues, and interpersonal conflict. Sometimes the source of the hurt is clearly known, other times it’s waiting to be discovered. My main purpose is to help others reach their potential in living a happy, healthy, and satisfying life.

I am committed to supporting diverse voices by affirming and guiding transformation centered in cultural awareness. I help support: -2slgbtqia+, Anxiety, First Time Parents, Grief & Trauma, Life Transitions, Multicultural & Multiracial Couples, Individuals, and Families.
I use person-centered systems, emotion-focused, solution-focused, and somatic therapies to encourage and guide people to share, build, and redirect their stories. To empower them when facing existential questions of identity, belonging, and purpose.
Together we will identify and reinforce inner strengths, to direct your story and healing. We explore the systems that surround you, past patterns and themes in relationships, to gain perspective and affirm your experiences. Therapy is not a one size fits all process; so we will explore what your goals are and what works best to support your healing journey.
