My name is Charlotte and I am currently living in the city of Lacey. I have a Master’s Degree in Psychology emphasizing in Marriage and Family Therapy through Brandman University. Currently living in the city of Lacey for the past twelve years. I was brought up and married into a military family lifestyle, which led me to travel to my two favorite places: Italy and Germany.
I am a wife and mother of two wonderful children who like to keep me busy. We enjoy spending family time together: going on adventures, trying new foods, singing, painting, anything Disney or Anime, or finding new places to try.
As a therapist, I believe in the importance of fostering inclusivity within our community and am passionate about working with Individuals, Children/Families, Military personnel experiencing PTSD, and supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community in either individual or family sessions.
The theoretical approaches I use are: CBT + for Anxiety, Trauma, Behavior Modification, Depression, and ADHD; Solution Focused Therapy; Family Systems; and Creative Expressive Therapy to help clients work through depression, anxiety, behaviors, self-esteem, identity, trauma, transitions in life, and relationship challenges. I look forward to working with you and tailoring treatment based on your needs.

Hi, my name is Hope (she/her) and I moved to Washington with my family after earning my M.A. in Counseling and Art Therapy from Southwestern College in 2021. I have been married for twenty years and we are the proud parents of a (now adult) transgender son. In my previous life, I was a public elementary school art teacher, where I developed many of the client and strength-based approaches I use in counselling today. Art making is one of many approaches that I use, and it is not required, however I do encourage the use of art materials in therapy to express what cannot be said in words, and as a way to work though intense emotions.
I have experience with and a passion for working with LGBTQ+ teens and adults, as well as those who struggle with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, PTSD, life transitions, displacement/exile due to political or natural causes, existential questioning, and bereavement. I believe in collaborative mental health care and that you are your own expert. I am here to listen and to offer creative and tangible skills to support
the unique and wonderful being you are, at exactly where you are. I am available for in-person and tele-health.

I was born and raised in the majestic state of Alaska. Exploring the peaks and valleys of the Chugach
Mountains symbolizes an upbringing that I remain extremely grateful for. Born to a Vietnam veteran
father who never spoke of his experiences, I found myself intrigued by the mystique of military service.
In hindsight, I may have chosen a different vehicle from which to launch my journey of exploration other
than a US Army scout platoon. However, the opportunities the Army provided to see the world have
permanently shaped my perspective and sparked my love of travel, culture, and human connection. The
obstacles I encountered throughout my experience I view as necessary to my development and essential
to my worldview. I have spent the last three years as an intern-associate therapist in Lewis County
working with children, adults, and veterans. I have also worked with both victims of sexual abuse as well
as offenders engaged in court-mandated treatment. I always maintain a state of deep listening,
patience, and facilitative collaboration. Whether it be trauma recovery, grief and loss, or the nerves
surrounding a new job, my guarantee to clients is that I will meet you where you are with no assumptions.

My name is Lillian (they/them, she/her). I have spent most of my life in Lewis County, with several years in the Olympia area and the SF Bay Area in California. I hold an MA in Counseling from Saint Martin’s University. In my spare time, I enjoy being in nature and listening to music.
I believe healing is a journey guided by respect for lived experiences, values, cultural traditions, inherited legacies, and each person’s vision of well-being. My goal as a therapist is to offer a supportive and compassionate space where you can explore what healing means to you and develop the tools to navigate your past, present, and future. My approach is collaborative, relational, and rooted in curiosity, honoring your strengths and innate capacity for growth.
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gestalt Therapy, Mindfulness, Expressive Art Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. These approaches help clients increase awareness of their inner experience and relate with greater compassion to different parts of themselves. I view therapy through a harm-reduction lens, meeting you where you are and supporting gradual, meaningful change rather than imposing rigid expectations. I believe even small shifts can open the door to profound transformation when we create space to notice and embrace them.
I have been privileged to work with clients at Northwest Therapy Group where I have witnessed meaningful progress as clients meet their goals, cultivate more self-compassion, and meet the present moment with greater ease. My clinical experience has included supporting people navigating grief, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I am especially passionate about serving LGBTQIA+ individuals, including those in rural areas. My own lived experience with chronic pain also informs my commitment to addressing ableism and supporting disabled clients and those with medical trauma.
I approach therapy from a trauma-informed, systemic, and social justice lens, recognizing the impact of external stressors and oppressive systems on well-being. Together, we can work toward creating more self-compassion, ease, and connection in your life.

My name is Kelly, and I live in Olympia with my husband and three kids, plus a lot of farm animals! I am pursuing my Master’s in Counseling at Life Pacific University and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lee University. I grew up in New England but have been living in Washington since 2006.
I believe in fostering a collaborative environment that helps others navigate challenges, discover their inner resilience, and achieve their personal goals. I believe passionately in a holistic approach to therapy and believe change happens most effectively when we honor and seek to integrate the whole self and all five domains of self (physical, social, emotional, spiritual, and cognitive). I bring my respect for your humanness, problem-solving capabilities, potential for growth, and need for hope.
I am halfway through my program and am excited to see clients! My approach to counseling is rooted in Person-Centered, Existential, and Strengths-focused therapies. Some modalities I am drawn to include Family Systems, the Gottman Method, Narrative Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I appreciate an eclectic approach depending on your individual goals, but I will always come back to Person-Centered care.
I enjoy gardening, reading, walking, camping, painting, & cheering my kids on at their sports events! I consider myself an ambivert and get very energized when I'm with others, but I also cherish alone time to decompress.

I am a practicum student in the Master of Arts in Counseling program at Saint Martin’s

my understanding of resilience, identity, and life transitions.
I approach therapy from person centered and trauma informed lens, emphasizing safety,
collaboration, and authenticity within the therapeutic relationship. I integrate Acceptance and
Commitment therapy, attachment-based approaches, and somatic practices, tailoring care to

Hello there! I’m Jeff.
I’ve been living in Olympia a few years now, after having lived just about everywhere else in Washington. I live with my partner, with whom I am raising a bear of a German Shepard and two cats—one good, one evil (and both a bit stinky).
In 2013, I completed my undergrad at Central Washington University, where I studied English and specialized in creative writing. I’m currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counseling at St Martin’s University. I couldn’t be more excited to be here now. My life has been greatly enhanced through counseling and my study of psychology, and I hope to pay that forward in whatever way I can.
I believe hope, self-compassion, and a bit of humor can see us through any season in life and leave us wiser and more resilient on the other side. I know that with time and incremental change, we can radically shift our reality and understanding of self. Though I’m currently an intern, I’m committed to expanding my understanding of approaches including CBT, ACT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.
My hope is to see you fully, to meet you where you are, and collaborate with you on a path to your own goals and actualization.
