My name is Charlotte and I am currently an LMFT. I have a Master’s Degree in Psychology emphasizing in Marriage and Family Therapy through Brandman University. Currently living in the city of Lacey for the past twelve years. I was brought up and married into a military family lifestyle, which led me to travel to my two favorite places: Italy and Germany.
I am a wife and mother of two wonderful children who like to keep me busy. We enjoy spending family time together: going on adventures, trying new foods, singing, painting, anything Disney or Anime, or finding new places to try.
As a therapist, I believe in the importance of fostering inclusivity within our community and am passionate about working with Individuals, Children/Families, Military personnel experiencing PTSD, and supporting individuals in the LGBTQ+ community in either individual or family sessions.
The theoretical approaches I use are: CBT + for Anxiety, Trauma, Behavior Modification, Depression, and ADHD; Solution Focused Therapy; Family Systems; and Creative Expressive Therapy to help clients work through depression, anxiety, behaviors, self-esteem, identity, trauma, transitions in life, and relationship challenges. I look forward to working with you and tailoring treatment based on your needs.

Hi, my name is Hope (she/her) and I moved to Washington with my family after earning my M.A. in Counseling and Art Therapy from Southwestern College in 2021. I have been married for twenty years and we are the proud parents of a (now adult) transgender son. In my previous life, I was a public elementary school art teacher, where I developed many of the client and strength-based approaches I use in counselling today. Art making is one of many approaches that I use, and it is not required, however I do encourage the use of art materials in therapy to express what cannot be said in words, and as a way to work though intense emotions.
I have experience with and a passion for working with LGBTQ+ teens and adults, as well as those who struggle with anxiety, panic disorder, depression, PTSD, life transitions, displacement/exile due to political or natural causes, existential questioning, and bereavement. I believe in collaborative mental health care and that you are your own expert. I am here to listen and to offer creative and tangible skills to support
the unique and wonderful being you are, at exactly where you are. I am available for in-person and tele-health.

My name is Ryan Erickson (He/They). I am a proud alum of Evergreen State College and Saint Martin’s University, actually serving as a student counselor at Evergreen for a brief time. During my time here I have come to call Olympia and its surrounding cities my home. My approach to therapy is grounded in a learners mindset, I believe you are the expert of your own experiences and I believe with guidance you can learn to navigate your life in a healthy and sustainable way. I incorporate mindfulness based cognitive therapy (MBCT) in my practice and in my life. This approach aims to facilitate a better familiarity with our own thoughts, emotions, and behaviors giving us more control in our lives. I frequently incorporate humor into my practice along with a friendly charismatic demeanor. I have experience working with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar disorders, and Complex Grief. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) which aims to integrate and reduce distress around traumatic experiences. I am currently providing hybrid services, with remote and in-person availability.
