I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist dedicated to helping clients reclaim their sense of self, heal from past wounds, and cultivate meaningful lives. I work with people carrying invisible weight—trauma survivors, folks navigating neurodivergence like ADHD, and LGBTQ+ individuals seeking space to explore identity, safety, and healing.
My clients are often exhausted from performing, masking, or simply surviving. They’re ready to shed old patterns, reconnect with their voice, reclaim their boundaries, and rediscover their joy. If that sounds like you, know that you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep doing it alone.
My approach is integrative and deeply relational. I blend evidence-based therapies like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic awareness with a commitment to neurodivergence-affirming care. Therapy with me is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for the wisdom you already carry. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life—you are. My role is to support your process, hold space for the parts of you that feel stuck or silenced, and walk with you as you heal and grow in the ways that matter most to you.
This is your space to be messy, to be curious, to be real. Whether you're navigating the ripple effects of trauma, learning how to work with your ADHD brain rather than against it, or unpacking the layers of gender, sexuality, and self—you’re welcome here, just as you are.

Hi, my name is Spencer, and I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate. I was born and raised in Washington and continue to live in the Evergreen State with my family and our dog. Life is often like a roadmap where you have an idea of where you want to go but maybe aren’t sure how to reach it. I would like to work together in being your GPS to help you reach your destination, whether taking the highway or the scenic routes or perhaps just enjoying the drive itself. I believe in working with the client's strengths and helping them reach their true potential. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and the elderly with depression, anxiety, autism, and PTSD. I use a combination of CBT, person-centered, art-based, and strengths-based treatment. I look forward to working together!

Hiya! I’m Callie (she/her). I am pursuing my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy with National University. I have an undergrad in Children and Family Ministries, so working with kids has always been a passion of mine. I believe that children are wonderful, creative, and understand so much more than they are sometimes given credit for. We just have to learn how to speak their language!
My personal interests involve good coffee (been a barista for 10+ years), holistic health and wellness, Mario Party and LEGO video games, music and dancing, personality types and astrology, any creative outlet, walks outside, and Trader Joe’s snacks. I am also passionate about traveling, as I have lived in many different places, including Maui and England. I love learning about other cultures and how different locations live life!
As your therapist, I am here to learn about who you are, what makes you shine, how we can illuminate your strengths, and collaborate together as a team on finding solutions to your problems.
Marriage and family therapists look at an individual’s/family’s various systems they are part of and piece together how these systems may be contributing to the current identified problems. By pulling from theories of Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Attachment Theory, Solution Focused Therapy, Bowen Family Therapy, and more, we can work together to understand your experiences and how the solution to your identified problems may be easier than you thought possible.
You are always moving forward and on your way to living your best life!
