Welcome, I am glad you made it! My name is Maxie. Washington became home for me in 2016 after living in the Southwest majority of my life. I am married and have three young kiddos. I have found a love of working alongside individuals who find themselves struggling with finding purpose and identity. Whether you are a new parent working your way back to yourself (or your partner), a teen struggling with depression, anxiety, or finding your sense of self, or maybe you're someone who struggles with grief and loss, I am ready to walk with you through it. I believe in the significance of being able to ethically serve clientele of diverse backgrounds including individuals from conservative backgrounds, the LGBTQ+ community, Civil Service, Veterans, and parents/guardians. I believe that healing begins once we can be honest with ourselves. Although my approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, I am also authentic, direct, and honest with my clients. I work with and for you. My job as your therapist is to not just help you to get past your hardships but help you feel prepared to be able to handle future ones. I use a combination of person-centered, strength-based, CBT, and EMDR treatments depending on the personal treatment plan we create together to reach your goals. You don't need to do hard things alone. I am ready to get started when you are.

I’m a trauma-informed psychotherapist dedicated to helping clients reclaim their sense of self, heal from past wounds, and cultivate meaningful lives. I work with people carrying invisible weight—trauma survivors, folks navigating neurodivergence like ADHD, and LGBTQ+ individuals seeking space to explore identity, safety, and healing.
My clients are often exhausted from performing, masking, or simply surviving. They’re ready to shed old patterns, reconnect with their voice, reclaim their boundaries, and rediscover their joy. If that sounds like you, know that you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep doing it alone.
My approach is integrative and deeply relational. I blend evidence-based therapies like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and somatic awareness with a commitment to neurodivergence-affirming care. Therapy with me is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and deep respect for the wisdom you already carry. I don’t see myself as the expert on your life—you are. My role is to support your process, hold space for the parts of you that feel stuck or silenced, and walk with you as you heal and grow in the ways that matter most to you.
This is your space to be messy, to be curious, to be real. Whether you're navigating the ripple effects of trauma, learning how to work with your ADHD brain rather than against it, or unpacking the layers of gender, sexuality, and self—you’re welcome here, just as you are.

Hi, my name is Spencer, and I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate. I was born and raised in Washington and continue to live in the Evergreen State with my family and our dog. Life is often like a roadmap where you have an idea of where you want to go but maybe aren’t sure how to reach it. I would like to work together in being your GPS to help you reach your destination, whether taking the highway or the scenic routes or perhaps just enjoying the drive itself. I believe in working with the client's strengths and helping them reach their true potential. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and the elderly with depression, anxiety, autism, and PTSD. I use a combination of CBT, person-centered, art-based, and strengths-based treatment. I look forward to working together!
