Toxic to Vibrant Work Place Training - Compassion Fatigue and Resilience Planning

This course is to help work groups create a workplace that is people centric, vibrant, and engaging.  We will explore the characteristics and causes of toxic work environments and how to overcome them.  By implementing authentic appreciation in your workplace, you can renew staff energy, increase engagement, and decrease resistance to change.

This course is a stand-alone training, but can also be taken in conjunction with Employee Retention: Harnessing the Power of Appreciation. 

Participants will learn what compassion fatigue is, how it is caused, and how to recognize it in themselves and others. Participants come away with the skills to create personalized Compassion Resilience Action Plan to help build and restore Compassion Resiliency. 

Training sessions can span four hours for two days, or two hours over four days.
