I believe one of the bravest things you can do is to admit to yourself: ‘This isn’t working – where do I go from here?’ When you’re in the “in between space” of who you are and who you want to be, it can feel overwhelming. It might feel as though the weight of the world is on your shoulders – but you don’t have to do this alone. 

My heart in this work lies in reconnecting to your inner child - the younger version of yourself that you carry who was hidden by guilt or shame, or obscured by being in survival mode. Together, we will unravel your story and help you to build a life worth living. Curiosity, open-mindedness and creativity are all tools I use in my approach to get you there.

I work with teens (13+) and adults on issues including depression, anxiety, identity, trauma and inner child work, life transitions, and relationship issues. I am an LGBTQ affirming provider who is experienced working with challenges unique to the population and have experience writing letters for gender affirming care. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) - an evidence based treatment for trauma, chronic nightmares, and other mental health issues. 

Therapy is unique for everyone, and together we will collaborate to decide what type of treatment would be most helpful. I recognize that you are the expert of your own life and that your unique life experiences shape the way you view the world. I am offering hybrid services, with availability for remote or in-person appointments.
