Participants will learn what compassion fatigue is, how it is caused, and how to recognize it in themselves and others. Participants come away with the skills to create personalized Compassion Resilience Action Plan to help build and restore Compassion Resiliency. Training sessions can span four hours for two days, or two hours over four days.
